If you’re located in Olathe and hoping for patio seating, you’ll want to head to their 119th Street located rather than the one on Harrison.
Gram & Dun
If you are looking for incredible patio seating and a night out on the Plaza, look no further than Gram & Dun. They have a large outdoor patio complete with barside seating, modern furniture, and fire pits. Best of all, the entire perimeter is surrounded by flowers.
Trezo Mare
Located in the Northland, Trezo Mare strives to offer a unique dining experience. Their specialty is Italian cuisine and fresh seafood. And most importantly, you have the option for patio seating complete with fire pits and an incredible view overlooking downtown Kansas City.
Cafe Trio
Cafe Trio has patio seating that is perfect for people watching on the Plaza. However, it’s also going to be your best bet on days when you’re in the mood for outdoor seating but the weather isn’t ideal. They have a covered open-air seating area that is heated on cooler days.
Rye
With delicious food, twinkling lights, and large umbrellas, this Leawood restaurant offers one of the most relaxing outdoor patios in Kansas City. Stop in any night of the week to enjoy the food and ambiance.
Johnny’s Tavern
If you’re looking for a fun atmosphere to watch sports and enjoy dinner and drinks, Johnny’s Tavern is the perfect place for you. They have ten locations throughout Kansas City and both their Belton and Lee’s Summit locations offer incredible patio seating complete with fire pits.
Taco Republic
You may not know that Taco Republic used to be an old gas station. It is now a colorful tiki bar that serves tacos and margaritas. Enjoy your food and drinks at a picnic table under their covered outdoor patio.
