Rulber & Armando Dela Torre were born and raised on a small hacienda in the heart of Mexico. In 2004, they opened the first Mi Ranchito Mexican restaurant in Olathe, KS. It was an amazing success, they quickly outgrew the original location and opened up another restaurant. Now Mi Ranchito is available at seven locations across the entire Kansas City metro and surrounding areas.
